Head of the Danish delegation negotiating the E-Commerce Directive (directive 2000/31) and OECD Guidelines for Consumer Protection in the Context of Electronic Commerce (1999).

Member of the EU Expert Group on Commercial Communication.

Serving the Danish Consumer Ombudsman ('Forbrugerombudsmanden') in questions relating to electronic commerce. Administrative work in connection with the enforcement of the Danish marketing practices act.

Responsible for drafting the Nordic Consumer Ombudsmen's Position Paper on Trade and Marketing on the Internet (1998).

Administrative work for the Danish Consumer Complaints Board ('Forbrugerklagenævnet').
